Margaret 5 Bedroom Luxury Villa is a three-storey 380 sq. m villa, furnished with elegant and luxurious styles and it is also designed to take advantage of the natural light coming from outside, creating a delightful atmosphere for the whole house.

– Veranda with sitting area which leads you to the pool and the garden area.

– Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

First Floor
– An open plan area with sitting area that a chess is placed to enjoy.
– Gym room with a wide collection of fitness equipment such as a steps, abs equipment, exercise bike, yoga board and a fitness multifunctional apparatus.
– Office space with a printer.
– Playroom area for young children plus a table tennis.
– Cinema room 65” UHDTV .
– Bathroom with a bath.

Second Floor

– Master bedroom has a 32″ HDTV, closet room, a small fridge and en-suite bathroom with bath.
– 2 Bedrooms with double beds.
– Bedroom with 2 single beds which also can be transformed to form a large double if it is needed.
– Bathroom with shower located on this floor.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
– 50 sq. m ecological swimming pool with counter-current swimming system. The pool area is fenced and it can easily be isolated for child safety.
– Fully equipped charcoal BBQ area with a wood oven, kitchenette with a gas hob and a sink.
– Outdoor dining area.
– A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, deck chairs and outdoor sofa) for relaxing in the gardens around the villa.
– Playground area for young children.
– Bathroom next to the pool.
– Parking space (underground securely gated parking).

The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.

Notes

– Rates are calculated for 6 guests, each additional guest will be charged 25 euros/person/night.
– Minimum stay is 7 nights.
